A 51 yr old Frenchman identified as Jean-Louis B was ordered to pay his ex wife $14K  for not satisfying her sexually during their two decade marriage!  The nycdailynews.com reported that this happened in Nice, and the judge was happy to award her the money because according to their legal code,  sexual relations "must"  form part of a marriage. Wowww... shocking...but true! No, do you think that husbands or wives should be forced to pay for not sexually satisfying their spouses?
